Art Studio for rent. Are you within an easy commute to Loveland, Colorado and need studio workspace? The jump from a home studio to a professional space may be what you need to help your art career.  These art studios, located in an artists' community have natural north light as well as color balanced artificial light (because the sun doesn't always shine). A 12' x 12' space is sufficient for most artists,  however, I also have an extra large, 24' x 15' space available. 12' x 12'  space is $230 per month. Utilities and local phone service included.
